Councilman Eugene Cook

Councilman Eugene Cook is a self-made man, who was raised on Long Island, and now lives in Greenlawn with his wife and children. He worked his way up from his humble start as a welder to become the owner of a very successful business; which provides contracting services and building construction to municipalities, public institutions, private corporations and individuals. He has a working-class background, has a Business Administration degree from Nassau Community College. Eugene is the holder of patents for products and inventions related to heavy equipment.

Eugene has experience successfully running a business, managing employees, making large financial decisions, and has always accepted accountability for his actions. As a small business owner he already manages an annual budget in the millions and is well suited to manage town funds. These qualifications have helped him serve the residents and business owners of Huntington. Eugene intends to serve his community, fix what needs to be fixed, and continue with his life’s work as our forefathers intended for local government officials
